We are running a job board website using this theme (with built in supporting plugins)

we want a plugin that can fetch job feeds from different job board sites (as long as they provide data feed)
the idea of the plugin is similar to:

the reason we cant use this provided plugin simply because its intent to be used for WP Job Manager([login to view URL]) running sites and we are running different theme and plugins.
the developed plugin should:
- have all the features of the sample provided plugin(above).
- be from scratch.
- be unique. no copyright issue with any other plugin.
- be multilingual.
- be used for WordPress multisites.
- NOT to be recreated or developed or sold to another party. the copyright of the developed plugin MUST be waived to us.
- be responsive with all major platforms and devices.
We expect from the developer to:
- have min of 2 years experience developing WordPress plugins
- install the example plugin and get familiar with its function and features.
- to install our theme to test his finished work with it.
- to deliver error free and issue free plugin.
