Wordpress - Non-existent Foreign Language appear on Google search results

During a Google search of my website, there is foreign language appearing in the search results as if it appears on a page of my website. I have Wordfence installed as well as SiteLock, both of which do not show any signs of infestation. I also see that Wordpress is not up to date. The company that built the website had concerns over plugins not working correctly if this was updated. I need someone to look into updating Wordpress as well as the plugins without causing anything to stop working correctly.
