My website needs some fixes

HI there! Please can you quote me on fixing the bottom items on my website.
I currently user Joomla, Virtuemart, RS forms and a Gavick Theme.
1. When checking out this error message pops up: "JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths"
2. Need a unqiue "goal" url when checking out - change from /cart to /order-confirmed or similar
3. Need a unique goal url for contact us page - currently have to click "continue" button to get to that url. Want to skip that extra page.
4. When registering - Same error message as point 1, and also there is no confirmation message whether successful or not
5. The cart in the top right loads extremely slow and dragging the website down. Source error of speed with cart.
Please can you give me a bid to do this work above. This is stuff I need urgently, but there is other work on this site and others. Please just quote on this above so I can complete this asap.
