Web-platform to create Digital Menu

This project is a web-platform where I can create a digital Menu. The project consist of 2 things: 1. The digital Menu 2. The platform where I can create the digital Menu • The digital Menu: The user in order to see the menu he types in the browser [login to view URL] XASGDSX Is a unique code for each different menu i will create. Printscreens: 1. Welcome Page After pressing the button in the bottom of the screen the main page is uploaded. It contains only a background photo and a button. 2. Main Page In the main page the user can see the main categories in the bottom of the page. In the menu attached these categories are foods and drinks. For example The user pressing the food button sees the sub-categories of the foods and when pressing the drink button he can see the corresponding drink sub-categories. If the main categories for instance are 4 I want the buttons in the bottom to be four (one for each category). After selecting which subcategory he wants the user is transferred to the corresponding page (page 3). 3. Subcategories In page three the customer can see all the products each sub-category contains, some information about them (i.e. ingredients, price) and a small photo. After pressing (selecting) the products of his choice he is directed to the last page of the digital menu (page four). 4. Product In page four the customer sees the picture of the selected product in a larger image and better analysis. • The platform: The platform will be hosted in Microsoft azure. I have a Bizspark subscription for three years with all the services included. Moreover I have bought the domain ([login to view URL]). Specifications: In this platform I want easily to create the digital Menu. Step 1: Create a new Menu Step 2: Change the name in the welcome Page and the back-ground photo Step 3: Insert how many MAIN Categories the menu will have. Step4: In each main category I will insert the sub-categories Step 5: In each sub-category I will insert the products included Step 6:In each product I will relate a photo, Price, Information Step 7: Give to each Menu i create a unique URL (i.e. XASGDSX) Step 8: Subsmit and Upload the menu in the above URL. + I want whenever needed to edit and change whatever from the above. What I want: A developer who will create the menu and the platform and then he will install both the platform and the menu in my azure account. The Menu can be created in Sencha Touch or if a developer believes he can do it i a better langueage i am open to hear. The platform in PHP or again if a developer believes he can do it i a better langueage i am open to hear. Later i want to hire a designer to optimize the design.
