Nobody knows which mobile device is used the next day so therefor is a WEB USER MANAGEMENT required whereby the DB must connect a MOBILE DEVICE to a USER and these data stored in the DB. For accountability the time when the mobile device is being used per user must be very detailed and stored safely as this is very important. For this reason the WEB-REGISTRATION + WEB-LOGIN and entire web-development must be encrypted AES-256. The database where all data is stored must be encrypted with SHA-256 hashing and encryption. The web-development must be an online ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PHP or WP WEB-PAGE which must register and manage a user. When registered user must be able to login with their unique ID number and password. With registration and login management for the following users: 1. ADMINISTRATOR 2. ORGANISATION 3. DEPARTMENTS 4. MANAGER (per DEPARTMENT) 5. USERS Each organisation must be a separate directory on the web-management.
