Hi, do you have your own host/domain name or do you need a host too? I would build this using PHP/MySQL. As you said, first screen should be a login then an upload of CSV or select from previously uploaded CSVs. Once a data set has been selected, the output would be exactly as per your screenshot, with an EXPORT TO CSV button, which would save the file on the server and allow it to be downloaded. I foresee no issues whatsoever with any of that. I imagine it could be completed within 1-3 days of beginning. I'd like to host it on my own server during development and then transfer it across once milestone has been cleared so that we can both be sure of a great project, I'd then make sure it is fully integrated onto your server.
