I am a safety consultant; work with clients to complete field safety audits and safety training. Clients are showing interest in my building each a custom website that will allow them to complete forms on computer or phone; save completed forms to a library in front end of website for review and printing (I or freelancer will do the work on the backend); and be able to analyze data generated from the completed forms on a responsible dashboard. To this end, I have create a demo website using Joomla, created a form using breezing forms, created a data base using google sheets and created a dashboard using google data studio. You can review the website by visiting [login to view URL] Freelancer will need to have skills with Joomla, Breezing Forms and Content Builder, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio - with a basic knowledge of code should any of these components require coding skill to achieve goals set herein. Phase 1: Clean up website, breezing form, sheets and data studio to ensure everything is working properly to begin advertising the site. Website Issues: I can not get the completed forms in a library on the front end of the site and data picker on the dashboard does not seam to work with changing dates. Phase 2: Create a duplicate website but with client logo and colors; one custom breezing form and a one page custom dashboard...this will be a beta site, I have a client that wants to do this and will buy subscription after the beta test is complete Phase 3: Duplicate of Phase 2 - but may be multiple forms and multiple page dashboards; so, need separate bids: (1) for building the duplicate website with variations as described above, (2) a cost per custom form, and (3) a cost per dashboard page. Once Phase 1 and Phase 2 are completed, I will work to acquire new clients, and I must have the Phase 3 cost to best price out each clients requirements.
