The system will be integrated in the wordpress BUT it won't use the wordpress API as per your requirements there are some things hard to implement using it. But the authentication system will be the same, meaning user login using wordpress and access his/her private area with ebooks, and execute operation, add new ebook, edit, download. I won't request a milestone in advance BUT: when you award me and I ACEPT the project freelancer.com charge me $16. MEANING I'm paying $16 for this project in advance without getting nothing. So I'll install the system in my server you can test it all you want and then when you are ok everything is working perfect and you're happy you must release the payment AND THEN I'll deliver the system If you don't agree with this please ignore my bid.

Hello Sir, I have read the doc file very carefully. I have understood the whole process of creating and saving of ebooks. I will create each features that you wanted with some additional features. Like user can register user can login user can create/update/view/download/delete his own ebook. Admin can control full system. Project Description Read Do you want the users to edit the articles online? are ok with using google docs embedded in the website if you want a rich editor? or just a simple editor is fine? or you prefer you upload the articles as MS Word documents, then if they want to edit, they download it first and then edit and upload? I will not ask for money/milestone till the project is ready and you're happy with it.
