Simple Ad Platform

Objective: You will create a cpc ad platform advertisers can signup with to make an advertisement that will appear on a publishers page via a javascript tag. Three Parts of the Project: 1) Create a publishers backend where they login to get a javascript snippet tag to place on their website that will load ads in a feed. It will also show and store reports of how many page views, clicks, CPC they have earned on average and total earnings. It will displayed in a line graph. 2) Create an advertiser backend where they login to place their CPC bid, create their advertisement and set it live. They will be able to chose which zipcodes they want their ads to show to in the feed. 3) Create a administrative backend to track user accounts, ban them, enable their accounts, approve accounts, show total earnings, allow me to filter data by user and other relevant data. This will all be tied into one platform. I would like it if you've done work like this already. Please do not send me projects that are not relevant to what I need done here.
