Sell software license keys with Woocommerce and Multi-Vendor-Plugin

I am looking for a developer who is able to create a new type of Woocommerce product. A demo shop for testing has already been set up.
This product type should also be visible to other sellers.
As a multi-vendor plugin, we would like to use this here:
"wc-marketplace"
With the new product type called "Software" it should be possible to offer license keys, download links and accompanying text for a specific product and variation.
Only difficulty:
Each product has a whole pool of license keys with different activation numbers. The keys are uploaded manually by the admin or the seller. Sellers don't see other people's license keys. The product keys are dispatched one after the other. Each dispatch is counted as an activation, so the number of activations is reduced accordingly. In the case of a product variation e.g. for 2 PC, for 5 PC the system must send 2 or 5 different keys from pool.
We already have 2 Woocommerce license plugins, but these are not compatible with a multi-vendor platform.
The aim is that customers can buy software from different sellers on our marketplace. After the purchase, the customer receives his license information by email and it is displayed in the shop. The marketplace operator receives a percentage share in every purchase.
