Seeking Web Developer to Fix Verification Bugs on Form

Looking for an experienced developer to fix a couple bugs on my website's registration form. The website requires the user to verify both email and phone number, the bug happens when/if a user were to verify email/phone and then change that email/phone, the form still submits. This is a bug and needs fixed. If the user changes the email/phone input, the form should not submit, and rather, have the user re-verify the new email/phone.
Developer must be proficient in PHP, HTML, MySQL, databases, automation, etc. This is for an adult entertainment website, so developer must be comfortable working on adult sites.
