Seek Ukrainian Web Developer WP PHP

If you are not in the Ukraine, I will not be able to consider your application. || I am looking for a web developer that can help me with 4 different websites over time. We will do one website at a time. || I would like to pay PER PROJECT, not per hour. || You must speak and understand English or French fluently. || We will communicate through Whatsapp, email and Asana (project management site - it is very easy to use) || Once the websites are up, I will be happy to pay an on-going monthly payment for upkeep of the websites. || I would like to start with the first website and see how we work together.
