SaaS Style Website Cloaking Software (Full Automation Required)

Do you know what IP Delivery Cloaking and Mosaic Cloaking is? Stop reading if you don’t. You will only waste your time and ours. We are looking for someone who already know what this is and why you would want to use it. We area looking for someone who understands SEO, Siloing and Cloaking. You would already be familiar with all the popular cloaking systems and be able to name them in your bid and be able to explain what their features are and what the good and bad points are about each one - you will be tested on this, so like we have said above, don't bid on this project if you have no working knowledge of this technology. The ideal candidate would already have some Cloaking software written that supports IP Delivery and Mosaic Cloaking (we are not looking for the standard redirect type cloaking). You would understand how search engine bots work and what they analyse and why this is important to get right in this system. (You would be able to explain this to us). You would also understand why this system would need to use unique and customized HTML/CSS templates, and when each website is built, it can look like (imitate) any coding like php/asp/html or CMS system. The output of the pages would need to also support virtual pages that can create on the fly for search engine bots and real users to keep the disk footprint low. You would also understand technology like Heroku and similar for application hosting to make such a system work extremely well. This would not be a one time project. You would need to be committed to an ongoing relationship and be paid to keep fixing any bugs or to make improvements to the software. This is not intended to be a commercially sold product and you would be entering into this project knowing that it is a work for hire employment agreement. The rights to the software would be retained by us (the employer), not you (the freelancer). If you already know what this is and why it is needed, please follow these instructions in your Bid: 1. In the bid, please make your opening words be: I understand Cloaking very well 2. List the cloaking softwares you have used (if we interview you we will ask you specific questions so don't put down software you have not used - the team behind this system have used many cloaking applications before) 3. Say what the most amount of pages you have been able to index in Google using cloaking technology in the last 90 days 4. Say what the longest time frame is that you have been able to keep a site indexed in Google for with your cloaking experience When we interview you, we will expect you to be able to show us current examples of your work to show us you know what you are talking about. If you can't do this, don't bother getting involved in the bidding - we are not here to waste time. If you know what you are talking about and know you are the best person for this job, we are very keen to hear from you and look forward to receiving your bid. We have made a customized budget and depending on what is agreed when we hire the right person, you would be paid in milestones (see attached document) of the project being completed.
