Hi, First and foremost I must say after reading your description document that you have mentioned phase 1 requirement mostly and in the middle there is a table which is not having any phase mentioned. So there are upcoming phases which is obvious. Secondly, your budget you have mentioned is very tiny in comparison with what you are looking for.
