Responsive web app of surveys

Muy buen día

Necesitamos con urgencia una aplicación web responsive de encuestas.

A continuación algunas de funcionalidades que deberá tener:

- Registro de usuarios

- Login, éste será por usuario y contraseña o por certificado electrónico

- Registro de Entidad u Organización

En este caso cada usuario que ingrese según su entidad deberá ser redireccionado a la misma, es decir : [login to view URL]

Lo único que cambia es la dirección (url) y la información de la entidad a la que pertenece, ya que la estructura y funciones serán las mismas

- Gestión de encuestas con posibilidad de crear varios tipos de respuesta: SI/NO, Selección y texto.

- Reportes y gráficos.

IMPORTANTE: Se requiere la utilización de AngularJs

Next, there are some of the requirements that must have:

-User register

-login per user and password or by electronic certificate.

In this case each user that access should be redirected to his/her organization

By example

The only thing that change is the url and the info of the organization that belongs, because the structure and the functions would be the same (on each organization)

-survey management with the chance of create reports based on answers by example :yes /no

-reports and graphics
