phpsurveyor expert wanted

I have installed phpsurveyor and i am looking for an expert to customise it. I would like to have an index page setup to show all the surveys available for particpation. that means that once a new survey is setup, it will automatically show on the index page. this means that visitors are able to click the link to the survey via the frontpage. furthemore, the frontpage must be CMS so i can change any part of the text easily.
