Data load and report system This is a multi-tenant system - single application with multiple frontends accessed via different subdomains and custom header, footer. Can be single database for whole system or database per group. Group can have one or more clients. Group is where the user logs in. Client cannot login. Login Username with password Forgotten Password Reset Password Administrator – highest level & has full system right User – username, password, email, create date, active, Servicedesk alerts (yes/no) Load Data Ability to upload billing and allocation files. Browse to import file > select type > upload file > initiate data upload to database script > checks file to verify type and which client file belongs to > loads to database > checks data > logs successful load Reporting Integrate a reporting system eg. Administrator need ability to create reports based on data in the database Can save these reports against a client Administrator and Group User has ability to preview Administrator and Group User has ability to generate and send (email reports). Reports are generated as configured format and emailed to the email address against that record in the allocations. Service Desk Integrate an off the shelf solution. Ability for user to log a request & then track the progress of their requests. Request updates will be emailed to the user email address. (Ability to activate/deactivate this.) Administrator will receive emails of logged Service Desk Requests. Screen to view all requests and access each request and update this. Administrator access: Report writer – design reports and save against a client, select client during design phase so can use that client data. Audit log – see all task done, date & time, user and details of what was done Additional admin screen fields to show Group and client and data loaded and number reports run. User admin – manage users Service Desk – see list of all Service Desk requests, click on one to get details / update Ability to configure whether administrator gets emails for all service desk requests or not. Group management – manage what clients below to what Groups Audit log Complete audit trail that will log everything done on the system including date and time task was done, user and info on what was done Admin can see all entries. User can see only their entries.
