PHP Script to Filter and redirect IP addresses by Country, State and City

Hello, I have purchased the latest Country+State+City IP database from IP2location and I would like to have a PHP script that works with MYSQL. Here is how the servers I own work. 1) One dedicated server on CENTOS to host PHP files. (operating system already installed and working properly) 2) One dedicated server Database only to host MYSQL database (operating system already installed and working properly) You will be able to access the database by uploading MYPHPADMIN to the server where PHP files are hosted to connect to the Database on the remote database server. You can connect to the database from the IP of that specific server only. Don't forget to disable the MYPHPDMIN file when you do not actively work on the script so hackers cannot use it. For your information, your IP filtering PHP script will receive around 100,000+ hits/visitors daily. Below are the features needed for the PHP script. 1) I need your script to redirect every IP address (visitor) based on its location IF a redirection URL is defined on your script for that specific location (It can be a STATE or City). i.e. I have set up a custom redirect URL for Paris in your script. Then all IPS detected from Paris must be redirected by your script to that customer URL. Otherwise the script should not take any action. 2) I also need your script to report the stats of the traffic by country, state and city. The top 20 states and cities of every country should be reported. 3) You should schedule a CRON so the stats/logged IPs are DELETED every 7 days automatically to avoid a HUGE database and server overload within 1 month. 4) You should provide ADMIN control panel so I can see the stats (list of top countries, top states per country and top cities per country and per state). I should be able to specify/enter the redirect URLS for COUNTRIES, STATES and/or Cities. Your script should be efficient and work fast, I don't want it to use additional resources because of bad code. Please let me know if you have any questions.
