PHP programmer needed.

Hello, I have been working with a php programmer, but he's been too distracted to even finish projects he's already started. I'm an html designer and need some help with php. I need my SMF forum customized as well as needing some more open source php scrips customized for my needs. Most importantly, I need a "hits script". My site has a directory which is searchable in the U.S. I need a script written that will track how many times a listing is "hit" with each search. And how many times the listing would have been hit if the search area is expanded. The regular search shows a result of each business within 15 miles, a sponsored listing will show up within 25 miles. I need to be able to track the times a store is hit in both categories. From this script I'll need some more scripts written. I'd like to develope a good relationship with a programmer that won't make promises he, or she cannot keep. The work I need done is many little projects which will add up to the budget range. I have dozens of small projects that I have planned and need a regular programmer I can count on.
