PHP admin page for online registration II

I recently posted this project before, and would like to open it up for bid once again. It is an admin reporting area that I need finished. The registration form and database are currently operational and in place. The main page I am needing is an admin page to allow admin users to modify any registration that is in the database through a web-based form. I have lost a few days on this already and am in a time crunch to complete this project. I need EXPERIENCED programmers that can handle a large DB with many fields. PLEASE REVIEW the online form to know how many fields are involved.
