Photoscript Script For Batch Mockups

Hello, I am seeking a Photoshop tool that will allow me to create a bulk amount of mockups using single template that has a smart object where I drop my content in. As of now, I have to manually double click the smart object and place my graphic(s) and then save the file, etc. I'd like to automate this. 100% of my graphics will be the same height/width so the script may blindly process this in bulk. However, it would ALSO be nice if the output matches the filename of the graphic but saves it in different folder. E.g., lets say I have a folder with 1,000 graphics inside of it and some of the files are [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. I'd like for this script to bulk process all 1,000 files into the smart object and then export them into a different folder as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. Additional details, all of the graphics will be located in the same folder. Perhaps a situation where I simply point to the folder I want the script to deal with that way it doesnt need to be too smart and can do it blindly. Finally, I would also like all exports to be 300 DPI .PNG files with 0% compression (perhaps we can make it so I can set a default export size/quality and file format such as .jpg, or .png, or whatever I like. My budget is firm, I am ready to award. Thank you.
