I publish a web site called TownDock.net.
While the main site runs on a CMS, the classified ads section runs on a separate perl script. It is not complex - the perl files are relatively small. The script writes the ads to flat files. However simple, it does work, and our readers like the basic layout.

I would like to update the perl script to add some features and make it more contemporary.
1. Allow the ability to upload images (integrate an existing upload script).
2. Add the ability for customers to pay online (there is old code for this, but it needs updating).
3. Add new bootstrap based html templates (I will create these based on perl you would provide)
