Opencart expert needed to build custom functions to help me manage my warehouse.

Hello Freelancers, Are you familiar enough with Opencart V3 to add the custom functionality that I need to manage my warehouse and shipping business ? My business is straightforward --> I receive and catalog cargo belonging to my clients --> I then contact my clients to make them aware that their cargo is in my possession --> My client then instructs me on how to consolidate and ship their cargo --> I create any necessary shipping invoices and documentation --> I then bill my clients based on their instructions --> I deliver/ship my client's cargo based on their instructions --> Lastly, I forward all finalized shipping documents, air waybills, and receipts to my client. I want to use Opencart to automate as much of this as possible. Why would I want to use Opencart as a foundation you ask ? ... Because I eventually want to use Opencart's built-in product/shopping cart function as well. My project would consist of these four main parts ... 1. Revise Opencart's theme so that it matches the designs that I've already created. *** I will send the .PSD to you, just ask me. 2. Add custom functions/pages to Opencart's front-end that match my designs. 2. Add custom functions/pages to Opencart's back-end that will make it easy for the admin to manage everything. 4.
