I want a 2018 refresh for [login to view URL], need to be fully responsive, quite static site, nothing fancy, looking for something minimalist. the Site over the time will be mutli languages, more than 10 languages so the design must be built with that in mind for future update and sub domains. For now, English, French, German, Estonian.
I put example of what I want for the new site.
budget is 97$ not a cent more, so all bid over will not be considered
