NTFS permissions script

I am looking for a skilled scripting expert who can write an automated script which will look at a large network share, read assigned permissions based on groups from one AD Domain and re-apply to the same data based on the same group name but for another domain. Example : Replicate permissions for Folder 1 for 'Domain 1\Group 1' to 'Domain 2\Group1' etc... It needs to be able to replicate existing permissions but for a group (same name) from a different domain. The script will need to output reporting logs with everything it's changed and the success/failure of each folder/file it's done. More information can be given to anyone with the skillset to do this. Scripting language not important although Powershell is preferred as this will be run from a Windows-based environment.
