New Drupal Feature Development - Popup

We are looking to create a popup forms for login and registration process in our website. Here are the details as follows

When to show the pop-up: On click on all the drupal provided user/login and user/register

what to show:- Will provide the images, basically it should show user login and register form (in two parts)

How those items should react for each events, Entirely??

For successful login: It should redirect according to Drupal, redirecting same like drupal core login, like if he is logging for comment, it should redirect to comment form

After register: successful registration message with email verify instruction should appear on same popup window, if any error occurs, it should be also shown in popup window

Requirements:

1. We do not want Ajax to load popup on click on Login link, becuase it takes time, we want it to be appeared instantly

2. We want to link the popup on Drupal provided user/login links, not defined by us

3. After login redirection should be proper, same like drupal does
