Hi there, I'd like to help out with this fix. The issue here is that you've hired freelancers who are making the changes directly to the theme files and not creating a child theme, thus when you update your theme your losing the changes they've made. That being said, what needs to be done is you have to create a child theme and then make the changes. Doing that prevents your files from being overwritten when updated and retains the most up to date theme. Ready to start ASAP. Please see my profile for similar job feedback., Chris
