Need Mercari Automation Program Built

I would like someone to build me a program that will automate by listings on Mercari. If you are familiar with Ebay Turbo lister that is what I am looking for specifically. This program should allow me to pull down all my listings from Mercari to my desktop in the program so they can be edited, updated and then relisted on Mercari with the push of a button or two. I want to be able to create new listings in the program and be able to list them in bulk or one at a time. I want the ability to automatically end a listing so I can relist it in order to obtain higher search results. This program will have to do all this in a way that does not get me kicked off Mercari. So there may have to be a submission delay or random posting times so the site does not flag me as using a program to list. I need to be able to upload in bulk listings from Excel to this tool to load to Mercari as well. Any questions let me know.
