MODIFY SCRIPT FUNCTIONS

I need some changes to an existing website. I already have a design, I just need you to build it. I'm searching for a developer that can modify my script function. * TASK 1: Account Verification ( user needs to activate account, within 24 Hours, by paying a Membership Fee of R100 which is paid to Admin Default Bank Account, payment to activate account is transferred using Offline Direct Bank deposit ). * TASK 2: Change the Add Fund Functions function, to Provide Help list function, the list function will be a list of 10 members - these members are users that are Awaiting to receive cash donation ) * TASK 3 - change Withdraw Money function, to allow user to request to withdraw money, once user submits request - user is add on the List of users awaiting to receive donations).
