Mautic Setup Email and SMS campaign

I am basically looking for a Mautic expert. [login to view URL] I want to setup a mautic system for Sales Prospecting. Mautic will be used for email & SMS campaign This is to start a discussion to develop a project. Do Not expect me to immediately award the project. This is not that very complicated, it looks like Mautic can handle all the features. This is a sales Prospecting tool, Not a CRM After the sale, the system will not track the relationship. Mautic will be installed on my hosted server, you will have full admin and ftp access. Mautic will be connected to my private email server. Mautic will connect to textnow for sms messaging. (if this is not possible, IF we could have sms campaign generate a csv list of phone numbers and messages at the followup interval, then we call a python script to send the sms) Everyday 50-100 new prospects will be uploaded to Mautic. As soon as they are uploaded they will be added to email and sms campaigns and they are contacted the same day. The propects can be assigned to different campaign types (buying a new house, shopping for tires, looking for dental work, etc.) the campaign type will be selected in the prospect data that is uploaded to Mautic Once a propect positively responds they are added to the warm list. The warm list is a daily list of prospects that need contacted that day. Once they are contacted, prospect is either (1) sold, (2) folloup task date assigned, (3) assigned to longer term hold. or (4) lost. When one of these are selected, the prospect is moved off of the warm list until the folloup date, (at that followup date they are added back to the warm list) If a prospect responds NO or STOP they will be automatically removed from our propect list. To Review, the main goals/skills needed for this project (1) Installation and configuration of Mautic (2) Customization of loading new propspect data to Mautic (3) Setup Automated SMS campaign (4) Setup Automated Email campaign (5) Keep the prospect "warm list" updated daily and as new responses to email/sms campaign (SMS campaign can not be a "Blast" there must be 5-10 seconds between each text sent) Bonus/extra/not required, develop a way that the prospect info window pops out when a call is received in textnow or similar voip software.
