Hello Freelancers.

well, i have this project from another freelancer who delayed me 20 days(!) and probabely didn't deliver good quality so I have problems from my client. I attach the code on the files section (Edited coded(1).rar ) and the paper (attached pdf) which was needed and the initial wrong code of the client along with the data exclens needed ([login to view URL]). I also attach below the message of client about the problem of freelancer's delivery. I can send you the description of the initial project in chat if you are intrested.

CLIENTS MAIL:

I opened and ran the last files you sent me. They are actually running now and delivering results. However, I have some points that concern me and I do not know if it is because I do not understand the code or because the theory has not been properly applied.

1. Initially, I read the word documentation you sent me that the w values ​​were taken from the paper. It is stated that these values ​​result as a solution to the linear problem in step 4. Therefore for each dm a separate linear problem is solved which results in the differences in w values. In the last code I see linear problem solving but I do not see w either as U variables or their values ​​as a result of linear solutions. (In the previous version of the code, however, I remember w as variables in the relationship).

2. Next, and having these values ​​now begins the step 5 process, where a post-optimization procedure is resolved. Here, new weights are calculated according to paper, nor do they look anywhere, nor do I see them as a process. Finally, I would like clarification on the RU results. As a final result I want to see the triangular vague number of each U and then the RU of each. I do not understand exactly what appears as a result because for each RU I finally see 8 elements.

3. If the above are properly implemented and just do not see them, I would just like to tell me the corresponding lines in the files.

4. Finally, I found the code in matlab for the utastar method, but in its simple form, not for many users and not for unclear numbers. If you think it can help you more, I can send it to you directly.
