Manage Copy/paste of comments in common users' area

Hello, I need you to create a basic PHP script that will allow to upload pre-written "comments" to a common "user area" that will require user login so the information is not public (same login for all users). Users will login to COPY and PASTE predefined text lines from the users' area/wall. That's the only purpose of this script. The main goal of this script is to make sure a "comment" is removed from the user's area/wall as soon as one user COPIES the text box. You could create a BUTTON named COPY and make sure that comment is removed when a user clicks on the COPY button. Make sure no alternative COPY method is allowed so the script can reconize which comments has been copied without error margin. Around twenty comments will be listed in the users area in one page. People will login at the same time or progressively to copy and paste those comments. I need you to remove a comment from the users area as soon as it's COPIED by ANY user because I don't want to have the same comment COPIED by two different users. Features of PHP script described below: 1) Users area: - List comments predefined by admin (comments = basic text lines) - COPY button next to the text area so the user can copy the text lines to his clipboard. - Make sure the user's page is refreshed automatically every 10 seconds so if two users entered the page simultaneously and one copied one comment, it will be removed from the other user's screen within 10 seconds (auto page refresh). - List comments randomly and change their ranking on every page load. This will reduce the chance to have two users copying the same comment within the same 10 seconds time frame. There is NO need to signup page, I will provide the unique login information to third party users manually. 2) Script features: - Every comment should have a unique ID number. i.e. 345, 346, 347 etc.. so the script can log them to the Database and keep track easily. - Script must log the IP address and time whenever a user logs in or clicks on the COPY button so the admin can check logs. - Script must make the comment INVISIBLE as soon as a user has clicked the COPY button. - Rank the comments randomly so the users do not see the same comment at the TOP of the page when they log in (even if they log in at the same time) 3) Admin features: - Login to add, edit or remove new "comments". - define the refresh rate of users' page. i.e. Every 5 seconds, Every 10 seconds... - See which comment ID has been COPIED by which IP address (log an IP next to every old/copied comment ID) - Set up and change the unique username+password that ALL users will use (One login to allow multiple accesses from different IP addresses, no need to set up one login per user). - Ability to delete old comments. Otherwise remove them from the users list but keep old comments accessible to admin. - Add a BAN IP option so if I don't want someone to enter, I can ban his IP or IP range. This feature is optional because I can easily have this done by adding a php script to the login page's source code. Thanks
