Magento 2.3 - Personalized Product Campaign loaded in the Shopping Cart

Need to be able to upload Personalized Campaigns to specific clients. This means to bulk upload products and locate them immediately in the shopping cart of the client. It is a personalized product for each client. PRODUCT UPLOAD - Campaign Starts 1- Bulk Upload product - simple or configurable ones - physical or downloadable ones - identifying the target client (email or ID?) for each product in the list. Products has to be created in the requested tables in Magento 2.3 2- Product should NOT be be able to be searched in the store, product are for specific/Personalized for each customer identified in the bulk upload file. 3- When products are uploaded need to be immediately located in the client shopping cart ready to be paid when the client log in in the store. 4- If a customer has more than one product assigned in the product upload file, all products for that client has should be loaded in the customer shopping cart and leave there ready to be paid when the client log in in the store. PRODUCT REMOVAL - Campaign Completed 1- Bulk Upload product (same file than Campaign Starts) - simple or configurable ones - physical or downloadable ones - identifying the target client (email or ID?) for each product in the list AND THEN REMOVE the product from either a) the client Shopping cart and b) Product Data base or any data base the product is created. 2- Create a Report file that indicates Which Product were removed (not bought from the customer) and which ones were not removed given the client accepted and bought the product(s).
