We run a closed system and only approved customers are able to access our store. Customers that have access will do so to order uniform for their companies staff. Each Company has there own category which only they can see (via Netzarbeiter_GroupsCatalog2).
We have received a request to add an employee manager to our Magento which will enable our customers to track their employees order history and add notes.
We offer our customers the ability to order a complete uniform for their employees through a bundle product. The user can then assign a name against the order (custom option).
We now require the ability for our customers to easily view a collection of their employees and see what they have ordered within a set date range (set by them).
Add new employees.
View a searchable list of all employees assigned to them and be able to edit any information.
Display employee information and order history. Order history must be filterable based on set date range.
Only employees assigned to specific user should be displayed.
Searchable list view able on bundle product.
Selecting employee will display there information and order history plus autofill employee name field.
Full list of all employees must be editable via admin panel.
Ability to batch import employees (employee name, any employee information, assigned customer ID).
Must be able select which customer groups can view.
As customer will be saving information to database, checks and sterilisation must be performed.
Must follow Magento best practices.
No preference to how or where the data will be stored.
