Looking for a Teacher of Python - for eBay trading API and some Website Scrapping

Hi I dont have a much experience with programming. My main experience in IT field are databases and SQL,MDX, XML+ Microsoft BI Stack but I have no experience with Python or web services - API's. What I want to achieve is to learn basics of Python but focused mainly on two fields: eBay Trading API with Python: - Creating scripts to send / receive requests as per eBay documentation: [login to view URL] Ebay posting tutorials for API only for : PHP, Perl, C#, Java but I need to learn Python. Scrapping: I will need to learn how to use Python to extract data from websites : Ideally to learn scrapping from marketplaces. What I will expect from you is to simply help me to learn all the above stuff with you to providing me with examples of codes templates with some detailed descriptions . Payment to you on hourly basis when I can ask you questions and you can provide samples of python codes , firstly we will be focusing only on ebay API's after I can learn how to use ebay API ,then we can move to scrapping. Timing approx a hour-three per day few days on week prefer Europe day time, no skype or talking - just communication via chat so your English dont need to be perfect as long as you have a knowledge. Pleas make sure you have previous experience with ebay API and scrapping. This is not a project to build any software but for helping learning . Enviorment - Windows, Python 3.7
