JQuery Script to Animate Progress Bar during a 4 selections form.

We need a developer whit experience in Jquery to animate a progress-bar. This progress-bar have 4 states, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and the form have 4 select boxes. We want, after the selection of each one select box, the progress bar advance next 25%. The html/css of the form is completed, as the image in attach, The progress bar is completed with css3, and work. It have 10 class for progression. We only need the Jquery script for the progression of the bar. We provide an access to Wordpress admin, and the detail of the page where you can see only the html, css, and jquery code of the form.
