JOOMLA site: Add Modules + Make few Minor Modifications to Home Page, then Convert whole Site to RESPONSIVE

For my existing JOOMLA (currently Dynamic) website, The following must be added to the home page: 1. Top logo and phone #, already in cPanel, but need to reorder modules to make them show 2. Fix icons to show in two rows with table boarders for icons showing under Sales in the mega menu 3. Disable (unpublish) all Rentals in home page and all other pages / links to Rentals 4. Add a Moving banner module (under existing sliders module), instead of fixed banner already there now 5. Create a "Browse by Category" Module (with 8 different products categories, showing across the page in two rows). 6. Advantages module (with 4 different icons and description under each). See attached word document for full details of how the modules for the home page should be like. 7. Some minor touches of font changes, existing pictures replacements showing on the home page B) Once all above changes to home page are made, then you should do conversion of the entire website to make it RESPONSIVE. site is now dynamic. C) I have to TEST all pages to make sure they are done correctly before posting live, and getting 1-2 hours training on the Joomla Admin Control Panel. I need to make the logo/phone # changes to the home page today, other changes in 1-2 days, and conversion to responsive can take up to 3 more days. For a total of 5 days.
