Joomla Classified Ads Component

I need classifieds ads component developed for Joomla!. I have researched the current available classified ad extensions and none seem to fit my requirements. I also looked at directory listings which were actually closer to what I need.
Requirements:
Back-end:
Administrator should be able to create ad categories such as “For Sale”, “For Rent”, etc..
Administrator should be able to assign an image to each category
Administrator should be able to batch upload the ads using a tab delimited file. There are only two fields: category and description
Administrator should be able to set the number of ads to display on a page.
Front-end:
Simple layout showing the categories and there corresponding images.
When an image or category name is clicked, the list of ads for that category are displayed.
Each ad should be clearly divided from the next. Either a border around each add or alternating colors (grey/white) would work fine. All that is needed is to display the description ad.
The front-end should also provide the ability to search the ads.
You can either code this from scratch or customize an available component.
Please have extensive experience with Joomla!.
