Integration between Optinmonster, Xenforo and Sendy

I need an integration between Optinmonster ([login to view URL]), Xenforo ([login to view URL]) and Sendy ([login to view URL]). Optinmonster converts website visitors into subscribers, Sendy is an email newsletter application and Xenforo is a social community platform. In Xenforo I want to be able to benefit from all of the features available through [login to view URL] API ([login to view URL]). Optinmonster delivers functionality to harvest subscribers. The subscribers should be passed on to Sendy through a publically available API. From my understanding the emedded code, which you get from [login to view URL] once you have a valid account, should be place either in the header or the body of the Xenforo page template. For this to work an add-on must be developed that injects the code. Anybody who have done this type of job before? Describe to me in a couple of sentences how you would pull this off? I want to get an idea if you are the right person for this project. VERY IMPORTANT that you have previous experience of developing for Xenforo. If you don't have that you will not qualify for this project.
