Install a Magento Theme

We are building an ecommerce website for newly launched FMCG products in the market. We ALREADY have our theme selected and installed (check out [login to view URL] for the template) it on Magento 2 Community Edition. We have not made any data tweaks so its the dummy data that comes along with the theme that you will see there. What we want is 1) Theme customization as per our liking 2) Theme optimization for speed and security 3) Create Product Attribute Set 4) Set up User Roles and their Permissions 5) Install certain extensions (Kaleyra SMS Gateway, Purchase Management, Cleartax GST) 6) Test some APIs that are already integrated (Razorpay Payment Gateway & Shipyaari Shipping Gateway) 7) Will need to create stores/ sections within the website and will need to manage product catalogue visibility 8) Will also need to install PWA (Progressive Web App extension) to convert mobile site into PWA 9) Might need to redeploy the website on Amazon Web Services so you may need that experience We would prefer someone based out of Mumbai or atleast someone who we could speak to over a phone call and explain if needed. PS: this project was being done by someone else (not from Freelancer platform) who couldn't address the speed issue and there were other project issues so we had to take away the project from him and open these bids. Since we are into FMCG products, we probably would need to use the configurable product option as we have Product Attributes and under that we have SKUs which share the product's attributes + also have attributes of its own. For example - Nestle Maggi Vegetable Atta Noodles is a Product while its 100 gm pack of Rs.20 is an SKU and its 200 gm pack of Rs. 35 is another SKU.
