Pretty much a simple software similar to [login to view URL] but for personal use. You can go there and signup for the free trial to understand the software more. The software needs to access instagram using my username and password and then like, follow, unfollow, and comment (I could put in 20 different comments and it picks them at random or goes in order) on other instagram accounts. Needs to target instagram accounts based on tags and users that I manually put in. I'll need to be able to login to add multiple accounts etc. Should not go to fast as it will get banned from instagram. Please, understand this project before bidding.
