Having had a cursory look, the problem appears to be the webserver responding back with the first byte of data (this is sometimes known as the TTFB - Time To First Byte). There seems to be a real problem with your websites loading. I am almost unable to load the page at all. Is the website hosted by you or a web hosting provider? Is a script running on your server that is over loading the server cpu? Am I able to see server access logs? If you are using a good hosting provider than you should not have loading issues like this one. If you would like to chat with me. I can try to help you figure it out. It feels like you may be either getting hit with a bot attack that is using up all your server resources or a script on the server is over loading the website and needs to be stopped. Unless your server host is to blame. I am more than happy to figure this out with you and even fix this for you if possible.

Hello! I have taken a look at your gorgeous website, unfortunately I do see what you mean about the loading time. My initial load took 2.8 minutes before the server responded to my first HTTP request. I am confident I can resolve this issue, but the cause could be several different factors. Since it took 2.8 minutes for the initial load, I expect it has to do with a configuration of the host itself. If you are using a web framework with a render engine, it may be related to resources it's pulling. Of course there are other reasons, however listing the most probable due to experience. Nearly every asset took about 250ms to load, the size doesn't appear to dictate how long it took which leads to me believe there may be a server resource or quote issue. Is this website operating off of a dedicated server or is it a shared hosting plan? I will need SSH/RDP access to the server to fully understand and resolve the issue.
