Help setting up website that uses RoR coding language

I currently have a wordpress website [login to view URL] and i want to move pretty much everything from there and start using (link removed) . It's a job board software that pretty much have everything coded. You will need to replicate what you see on my current website there. Such as the way employer access database the website design (i don't want the search box for jobs so you have to write custom code to remove that etc). You can take a look at the website and have a feel to what I like and want. You will basically move my site and start using the job board software and we will try to keep as much similarities in terms of features etc. I require you to have plenty of experience with job board software and work so you know what you are doing and is required. This is a niche job board site also.
