We are seeking a freelancer (or team) to create both iPhone and Android apps. The app’s will be a dynamically generated form working with a web server database. I (karwalskii, the employer) have created documented a detailed specification, flow diagram and the foundations for the web server. The iPhone and Android apps will be available for download free of charge from the app stores, so they should meet all requirements of app submission, in addition to the source coding supplied at each milestone of the project. The applications will have a login screen, authenticating through the web server (wordpress/php/sql). The user session will remain logged in (longer than default wordpress session, perhaps locally storing user+pass). The primary function of the application is a form wizard, asking the user questions that are generated from a user friendly interactive management console (written with PHP & Javascript hosted on the AWS server running wordpress). Some question fields will be selection lists, textboxes, dates, email address and phone numbers. The user of the app can create and save a template of a form for future use. The wizard will include disclaimer messages, and will require the input of multiple drawn signatures via the touchscreen of the device. The completed form will be saved in PDF format with app branding (hardcoded html/css pdf template) Once completed the form will email and sms to all listed addresses and phone numbers. SMS gateway has been configured. The Web based (wordpress/PHP backend) management console will allow for users to signup for an account, make subscription payment via paypal gateway and allow the user to manage their account and subscription level. We would like early working release of software, an agile approach or similar as further work additions will be required as the required features increase in the future. Please ensure you have read the description, and are quoting on the first working version (all required features). Milestone suggestions encouraged.

stions are saved as Template in database. Saved Templates: a. When clicking on a saved template, the app will display the questions one by one. b. user can answer them one by one. c. Users need to check on the legal notice on the final screen and submits the questions. d. A receipient form with name, position, email, smsnumber, signature will be displayed. e. User fills in and can add multiple recipients information f. Once finished, the system will generate a PDF g. and sends them to the email, sms of all the addresses mapped to the form. h. Users can access the PDF from the public link sent to the email. All recipients receive the pdf document to their email. All recipients will receive the link to the pdf document through SMS. Cross platform app development using phonegap. SMS gateway integration. Web application to be developed in WordPress along with the API required for the mobile app interactions. User level access privileges for the view of the forms to be handled as per the provided diagram. The color palette and visual design to follow the guidelines provided. WordPress Rest API will be used and implemented. Telstra SMS Api to be integrated for sending SMS. Membership pro, fpdf, gravity forms to be used for other features on the web application. I have seen that want the app in hybrid framework,if you go with my suggestions I will suggest to develop the app in native framework,I admit that it would take more money and time but there are couple of advantages of native over hybrid,I have written some of those,have a look designs/functionalities of apps will be same in all platforms if done in hybrid but you can design app separately for every platforms in native native apps are more user friendly than hybrid. in hybrid you can't customize the app only for a single platform,if done it will be changed in all platforms.
