Form Submission / API Integration with Popular Autoresponders

I want to be able to unsubscribe users from getresponse using their API.

I need a form that I can pass the email address through the URL The page should display the email address and have a submit button. Now web design is needed. The form will be hosted on a linux server.

Once submitted, the address should be written to a flat file and then connect to getresponse API and unsubscribe the address from any and all lists. The name of all lists for the account can be stored if needed.

The API integration shouldn't be done in php, I would probably prefer python or something better than php, that won't time out. We can discuss. The front-end form submission can be php.

The success and cost of developing this project with result in me giving you additional projects for the overall larger project of handling subscribe/unsubscribe of multiple autoresponders.
