Fixing up a wordpress theme

Hi Freelancers,
I have a new Wordpress theme which I have been working on, but in the process have come up against issues when logging into the website as a user (not admin) which I need help with. They are as follows:
- Cant Upload Profile Image (it says 'An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later')
- Pilots and Companies Images not showing.
- Randomly Logs Out User at certain times when clicking to pages from the menu bar.
- Cant determine place on map when editing profile.
- Don't know how to make it so that all new users can post jobs, at the moment it makes them have to upgrade through payment. Want it to be available for all new users when signing up with no cost.
- Want to change word 'Corporate' to 'Business'
- Want to change 'Professional' to 'Pilot'
