Fix bug in PHP MYSQL HTML

Hi,
I have very little knowledge about PHP and MYSQL, but I implemented a very basic table in HTML/PHP to display the values of some queries done in mySQL. There are two files, one with all the queries and another with the table structure. I think I accidentaly changed some value in some of the files and and now the code is not working. I believe it's a very easy fix but I don't have the time and perhaps the knowledge to fix it!
