Hi, We have experience of developing back end web app + APIs for mobile applications. Here are few questions: 1. On milestones, do you mean the entire amount (6k SGD currently) will only be released after the app is working and tested and full source code is handled over? No partial milestones? This is not workable and I don't think many would agree. It would be best if we setup few milestones (25%, 25% 50%) and setup deliverables for these milestone. 2. Your description needs bit more clarification, -assign work to specific client's job What does a "work" include? does worker select which work are they working on? Or admin assign the work to the worker? -able to report work that they have done Again, what does reporting the work contain? -able to pay history What does it means? ... 3. Do you want both the applications (for customer and for worker) in both platform (android / ios)? Also do you want native apps or phonegap / cordova would do? Creating native apps (2 app * 2 platform = 4 app) is a time taking and a process with a lot of effoert.
