Customize and publish the translation of Wordpress Template

It's a very small project for a confirmed web designer. I will part of the project and do a large part of the job for cut off the cost and manage better the updates and issues in the future.. On important thing in this job will be to answer to the project related questions when I need. - There is 2 sites linked. Site1 and site 2. - Site one have one version of word press without template. Need to design a home page with left menu or top menu.. - The site 2 have a wp theme installed. The theme installed need to be customized with home page design related to the business. He will link with site 2 reciprocally. The sites have related content. - The home page site 1 will have in the center a big picture or may be a flash animation 3 to 4 pictures.. - I'll extract from site 2 theme, all the English words , I will translate the English words in french words, then generate one English version of the theme in fr language for use it in site 2..The site 2 that have a crowd funding theme installed will be in 2 languages FR/EN. You will assist me if I have problems generating new content or updating pages.. - The home page of site 2 theme will be in French. - In Site 1 you will publish the existing 3 html pages, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with a fresh word press installed and create a left side or top menu. Link to the 3 existing page to site 2, add a menu for the 3 languages site1.. I will update the content when it’s needed.. - The header will stay in txt until we design a logo for the brand. - Test and fix payment system. This will be my job, you ‘ll assist me to fix issues.. - Upload and fix the ssl version with the ssl certificate. - Add links to face book and twitter accounts. - Create Apps for mobile users.. - The sites must be compatible mobile phones and tablets. In conclusion: I will be part of the project. The existing 3 HTML pages in site 1 will be converted in wp with menu tabs link to the pages and to site 2. The Corsican and French language of site 1 will link to French language theme site 2. The English page of the site 1 will link to the site 2 EN language theme. Let me know if additional question.
