Create RPX plugin for MediaWiki and phpBB

I have already setup a phpBB forum and a wiki hosted at [login to view URL] I have used their standard installations and one of their free skin's. But we need you to program a php plugin or similar that allow MediaWiki and phpBB to support RPX-plus read more here: [login to view URL] We also need to integrate RPX with our own website and user database, But this is not included in this bid. To solve the task you will get a login to siteground. When it is working you must make a Howto document with screen shots, that tell us how to set it up. We will then reset the siteground installations and work through the howto to setup the RPX our selves. When we can do this the job is complete and we will release the Escrow.
